ஆசிரியர் இடமாறுதல் மே மாதம் 'கவுன்சிலிங்

அரசு பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான விருப்ப இடமாறுதல் கவுன்சிலிங், அடுத்த மாதம் நடக்க உள்ளது. தமிழகத்தில் 24 ஆயிரம் தொடக்க பள்ளிகளில் 62 ஆயிரம், 7000 நடுநிலை பள்ளிகளில் 50 ஆயிரம், 6000 உயர் மற்றும் மேல்நிலை பள்ளிகளில் 1.25 லட்சம் ஆசிரியர்கள் உள்ளனர். 

மொத்தம் 2.37 லட்சம் ஆசிரியர்கள் பணியாற்றுகின்றனர். நிரந்தர பணியில் உள்ள இவர்களுக்கும் 10 ஆயிரம் பகுதி நேர சிறப்பு ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் விருப்ப இடமாறுதல் கவுன்சிலிங் தனித்தனியாக நடத்தப்படும். ஓராண்டுக்கு மேலாக ஒரே இடத்தில் பணியாற்றுவோருக்கு, பணிமூப்பு மற்றும் முன்னுரிமை சலுகைகள் அடிப்படையில், விரும்பும் ஊர்களுக்கு இடமாறுதல் வழங்கப்படும். 

 இதன்படி வரும் கல்வி ஆண்டுக்கான விருப்ப இடமாறுதல் கவுன்சிலிங் கோடை விடுமுறை முடிந்து பள்ளிகள் துவங்கும் முன்பே மே மாதத்தில் நடத்தி முடிக்க பள்ளிக் கல்வி துறை திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. இதற்காக ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் காலியாக இருக்கும் பணியிட விபரங்களை பட்டியலாக தயாரிக்குமாறு முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கு உத்தரவிடப்பட்டு உள்ளது.

Voluntary transfer counseling for government school teachers to be held next month. Tamil Nadu has 62,000 teachers in 24,000 primary schools, 50,000 in 7,000 middle schools, and 1.25 lakh teachers in 6,000 higher and higher secondary schools.

A total of 2.37 lakh teachers are working. Voluntary transfer counseling will be conducted separately every year for these in permanent service and 10 thousand part-time special teachers. Those who are working in the same place for more than one year will be given transfer to their preferred cities on the basis of seniority and preferential benefits.

  According to this, the school education department plans to conduct the voluntary transfer counseling for the coming academic year in May before the summer vacation ends and the schools start. For this, the Principal Education Officers have been ordered to prepare a list of vacant posts in each district.
