Appointment of graduate teachers for all subjects | அனைத்து பாடங்களுக்கும் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம்

நடுநிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் அனைத்து பாடங்களுக்கும் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம் செய்யப்படுவார்கள் என்று அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி அறிவித்துள்ளார். திறன் வகுப்பறைகள் தமிழக சட்டசபையில் பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை மானியக் கோரிக்கை மீது எம்.எல்.ஏ.க்கள் நேற்று விவாதித்தனர். அவர்களுக்கு பதில் அளித்த அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி வெளியிட்ட அந்த துறைக்கான அறிவிப்புகள் வருமாறு:- 

 * 2 ஆயிரத்து 996 அரசு நடுநிலைப்பள்ளிகள், 540 அரசு உயர்நிலைப்பள்ளிகள் ஆகியவற்றில் உயர் தொழில்நுட்பக் கணினி ஆய்வகங்கள் ரூ.175 கோடி செலவில் அமைக்கப்படும்.

 * 7 ஆயிரத்து 500 அரசு தொடக்கப்பள்ளிகளில் ரூ.150 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் திறன் வகுப்பறைகள் உருவாக்கப்படும். 

 * 25 மாவட்டங்களில் செயல்பட்டுவரும் மாதிரி பள்ளிகள் மேலும் 13 மாவட்டங்களுக்கு விரிவாக்கம் செய்யப்படும். அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் தலா ஒரு மாதிரி பள்ளி என்ற நிலை உருவாக்கப்படும். * மாணவர்களிடையே வாசிப்பு பழக்கத்தை ஊக்குவிக்க மாபெரும் வாசிப்பு இயக்கம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும். 

 * ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் 2 விளையாட்டு சிறப்பு பள்ளிகள் உருவாக்கப்படும். பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் 

 * வேலைவாய்ப்புக்காக தமிழகத்துக்கு இடம்பெயர்ந்து வரும் பிற மாநில தொழிலாளர்களின் குழந்தைகள் தங்கள் தாய்மொழியுடன் தங்குதடையின்றி தமிழில் பேசவும், எழுதவும் ஏதுவாக தமிழ்மொழி கற்போம் இயக்கம் தொடங்கப்படும். 

 * மாணவர்களின் கலை, இலக்கியம், விளையாட்டு போன்ற திறனை ஆசிரியர், பெற்றோர் முன்னிலையில் வெளிப்படுத்தும் வாய்ப்பாக அனைத்து அரசு பள்ளிகளிலும் ஆண்டுவிழா நடத்தப்படும். 

 * தொடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு நிர்வாகத்திறன் மேம்பாட்டு பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படும். 

 * அனைத்து பாடங்களுக்கும் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் என்றவகையில், 6 முதல் 8 வகுப்புகளில் 100-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்களை கொண்டு செயல்படும் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் மாணவர்களின் கல்வித்தரத்தை மேம்படுத்த, ஒவ்வொரு பாடத்துக்கும் ஒருவர் என குறைந்தபட்சம் 5 பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்கள் வழங்கப்படும். 

 * அரசு பள்ளிகளில் செயல்பட்டுவரும் எண்ணும் எழுத்தும் திட்டத்தை அரசு உதவிபெறும் பள்ளிகளிலும் செயல்படுத்த கற்றல், கற்பித்தல் உபகரணங்கள் வழங்கப்படும். வாழ்வியல் திறன் பயிற்சி * ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் மூலம் நியமனம் செய்யப்படும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பணியில் சேரும் முன்பு 15 நாட்கள் கற்றல், கற்பித்தல் மற்றும் அடிப்படை நிர்வாக பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படும்

. * அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் தொழிற்கல்வி பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கு தேவையான ஆய்வகங்கள் தரம் உயர்த்தப்படும். 

 * வரலாறு, வணிகவியல் போன்ற பாடப்பிரிவுகள் இல்லாத அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் படிப்படியாக 3-ம் பாடப்பிரிவு உருவாக்கப்படும். 

 * உடற்கல்வி ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்கள் இல்லாத அனைத்து அரசு பள்ளிகளிலும் ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்கள் உருவாக்கப்படுவதுடன், விளையாட்டு மற்றும் உடலியல் சார்ந்த செயல்பாட்டுக்கான கலைத்திட்டம், பாடத்திட்டம் உருவாக்கப்படும். 

 * அனைத்து அரசு பள்ளிகளிலும் கல்வியாண்டின் தொடக்கத்தில் இணையப் பாதுகாப்பு, வெறுப்பை வளர்க்கும் செய்திகள் மற்றும் தவறான தகவல்களை கண்டறிதல் ஆகியவை குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு வாரம் கடைப்பிடிக்கப்படும். ஆசிரியர், மாணவர்களுக்கு இதுகுறித்த பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும்.

 * அனைத்து அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவிபெறும் பள்ளிகளில் 9 முதல் 12-ம் வகுப்பு வரை மாணவர்களுக்கு மனநலம் மற்றும் வாழ்வியல் திறன் பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும். 

 * 1 முதல் 12-ம் வகுப்பு வரை, பார்வைத்திறன் குறைபாடுள்ள மாணவர்களின் பயன்பாட்டுக்காக மின்னுருப் புத்தகங்கள் உருவாக்கப்படும். சிறப்பு எழுத்தறிவு திட்டம் 

 * சிறைகளில் உள்ள முற்றிலும் எழுத, படிக்கத் தெரியாத ஆயிரத்து 249 சிறைவாசிகளுக்கு அடிப்படை எழுத்தறிவுக் கல்வி வழங்கிடும் வகையில் சிறப்பு எழுத்தறிவு திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும். 

 * புதிய பாரத எழுத்தறிவு திட்டத்தை சிறப்பாக செயல்படுத்தும் கற்போர் மையங்களுக்கு மாநில எழுத்தறிவு விருது வழங்கப்படும். 

 * நாட்டுடமை ஆக்கப்பட்ட நூல்கள் மற்றும் அரிய நூல்கள், அறிஞர் குழுவால் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டு, ஆங்கிலத்தில் மொழிபெயர்க்கப்பட்டு, தமிழ்நாடு பாடநூல் மற்றும் கல்வியியல் கழகத்தால் தனி வெளியீடாகவோ, கூட்டு வெளியீடாகவோ கொண்டுவரப்படும். 

 * உலகப் புகழ்பெற்ற இலக்கியங்கள் மற்றும் உலக இலக்கியங்களின் எளிமைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட, குழந்தைகளுக்கான நூல்கள் தமிழில் மொழிபெயர்க்கப்பட்டு கொண்டுவரப்படும். 

 * ஐந்து இலக்கியத் திருவிழாக்களுடன் இணைந்து இளைஞர் இலக்கியத் திருவிழா நடத்தப்படும். * கன்னிமாரா நூலகத்தில் நவீன வசதிகளுடன் சிறப்பு பிரிவுகள் தொடங்கப்படும். 

 * அனைத்து மாவட்ட மைய நூலகங்கள், முழுநேர கிளை நூலகங்கள் படிப்படியாக புதுப்பிக்கப்படும். இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Minister Anbil Mahesh Poiyamozhi has announced that graduate teachers will be appointed for all subjects in middle schools. Skilled Classrooms MLAs debated the school education grant demand in the Tamil Nadu Assembly yesterday. Minister Anbil Mahesh Poiyamozhi, who replied to them, issued the announcements for the department as follows:-

  * High tech computer labs will be set up in 2 thousand 996 government middle schools and 540 government high schools at a cost of Rs.175 crores.

  * Skilled classrooms will be created in 7500 government primary schools at an estimated cost of Rs.150 crore.

  * Model schools functioning in 25 districts will be expanded to 13 more districts. One model school each will be created in all the districts. * A massive reading drive will be implemented to encourage reading habits among students.

  * 2 sports special schools will be created in each district. Appointment of Graduate Teacher

  * Tamil Mozhi Karpom Movement will be started so that the children of workers from other states who are migrating to Tamil Nadu for employment can speak and write in Tamil without any hindrance in their mother tongue.

  * An annual festival will be held in all government schools as an opportunity for students to showcase their talents in art, literature, and sports in the presence of teachers and parents.

  * Management skills development training will be provided to primary and middle school head teachers.

  * As graduate teachers for all subjects, minimum 5 graduate teacher posts, one for each subject, will be provided in middle schools having more than 100 students in classes 6 to 8 to improve the standard of education of students.

  * Learning and teaching equipment will be provided to implement the numeracy and literacy program in government schools in government-aided schools as well. Life Skills Training * Teachers appointed by Teacher Selection Board will be given 15 days learning, teaching and basic administrative training before joining the service.

. * Laboratories required for vocational courses in government high schools will be upgraded.

  * 3rd course will be created gradually in government high schools where there are no subjects like History, Commerce etc.

  * Teacher posts will be created in all government schools where there are no physical education teacher posts and curriculum and curriculum for sports and physical activities will be created.

  * An awareness week on cyber security, detection of hate messages and misinformation will be observed at the beginning of the academic year in all government schools. Training will be provided to teachers and students.

  * All government and government aided schools will provide mental health and life skills training to students from class 9 to 12.

  * From class 1 to 12, e-books will be developed for the use of visually impaired students. Special Literacy Program

  * A special literacy program will be implemented to provide basic literacy education to 1,249 jail inmates who are completely illiterate.

  * State Literacy Award will be given to the learning centers which best implement the New Bharat Literacy Scheme.

  * Nationalized books and rare books will be selected by a panel of scholars, translated into English and brought out as a separate publication or joint publication by the Tamil Nadu Textbook and Education Association.

  * World famous literature and simplified, children's books of world literature will be translated and brought in Tamil.

  * A youth literature festival will be held in conjunction with five literary festivals. * Special sections will be started in Connemara Library with modern facilities.

  * All district central libraries, full-time branch libraries will be gradually renovated. It says so.
