கல்லூரி மாணவ, மாணவியருக்கான இலக்கிய போட்டிகள் - அமைச்சர் உதயநிதி தொடங்கி வைத்தார்!!!

கல்லூரி மாணவ, மாணவியருக்கான இலக்கிய போட்டிகள் மற்றும் பயிற்சி பட்டறைகள் தொடக்க விழாவை இளைஞர் நலன் மற்றும் விளையாட்டு மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை அமைச்சர் உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். சென்னை அண்ணாநகரில் உள்ள அண்ணா ஆதர்ஷ் மகளிர் கல்லூரியில் சென்னை இலக்கியத் திருவிழா–2023-ஐ முன்னிட்டு, கல்லூரி மாணவர்களுக்கான இலக்கியப் போட்டிகள் மற்றும் பயிற்சி பட்டறைகள் 04.01.2023 மற்றும் 05.01.2023 ஆகிய இரண்டு நாள்கள் நடைபெறுகிறது. இதன் தொடக்க விழா புதன்கிழமை (ஜனவரி.4) பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஸ் பொய்யாமொழி தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது. 

இவ்விழாவில் இளைஞர் நலன் மற்றும் விளையாட்டு மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை அமைச்சர் உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்டு போட்டிகளை தொடங்கி வைத்தார். விழாவில் அமைச்சர் உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் பேசியதாவது: சென்னை இலக்கியத் திருவிழா 2023-ஐ முன்னிட்டு இன்று தொடங்கி இரண்டு நாட்கள் நடைபெறும் கல்லூரி மாணவர்களுக்கான இலக்கியப் போட்டிகள் மற்றும் பயிற்சி பட்டறைகள் தொடக்க விழாவில் பங்கேற்று உங்களை எல்லாம் சந்திப்பதில் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறேன். வேறு எந்த மாநிலங்களிலும் இப்படியான இலக்கியத் திருவிழாக்கள் நடக்கிறதா, அதில் கல்லூரி மாணவர்களுக்கு இப்படியான போட்டிகளை, பயிற்சிப் பட்டறைகளை நடத்துகிறார்களா எனத் தெரியவில்லை. 

முதல்வர் தலைமையிலான திராவிட மாடல் அரசு இங்கு நடப்பதால்தான் இதெல்லாம் சாத்தியமாகிறது. நம் மொழியின் இலக்கிய செழுமையை, அதன் மரபை கொண்டாடும் வகையில் ஆண்டுக்கு நான்கு இலக்கியத் திருவிழாக்கள் நடத்தப்படும் என்று கடந்த ஆண்டுக்கான நிதிநிலை அறிக்கையில் முதல்வர் அறிவித்துள்ளார். நம் நதி நாகரிக மரபு அடிப்படையில் வைகை, காவிரி, பொருநை மற்றும் சிறுவாணி என நான்கு இலக்கிய திருவிழாக்களும், சென்னையில் ஒரு இலக்கியத் திருவிழாவும் நடத்த முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டு நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 

இதன் முதல் நிகழ்வாக ‘பொருநை இலக்கிய திருவிழா’ திருநெல்வேலியில் கடந்த நவம்பர் 26, 27 ஆகிய இரண்டு நாள்கள் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்று முடிந்துள்ளது. அடுத்து சென்னை இலக்கியத் திருவிழா 06.01.2023 முதல் 08.01.2023 வரை 3 நாட்கள் அண்ணா நூற்றாண்டு நூலக வளாகத்தில் நடைபெற உள்ளது. இதில் 100 இலக்கிய ஆளுமைகள் பல்வேறு தலைப்புகளில், பல்வேறு அமர்வுகளில் பங்குபெறுகிறார்கள். தமிழகத்தின் கலை இலக்கிய வரலாற்றையும், நம் பண்பாட்டையும், அடுத்தத் தலைமுறையினரிடம் எடுத்துச்சென்று அவர்கள் மூலம் அதை உலகம் அறியச் செய்வதற்கான இந்த முயற்சி நிச்சயமாக வெற்றிபெறும்.

 முதல்வர் கல்வியை, நம் கலையை, இலக்கியத்தை மாணவர்களிடம், இளைஞர்களிடம் கொண்டு சேர்ப்பதில் எவ்வளவு அக்கறையோடும் விடாப்பிடியாகவும் இருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கு இதுபோன்ற பல திட்டங்களை உதாரணங்களாக அடுக்கலாம். 

 அதற்குக் காரணம் அவர் வந்த இயக்கம் அப்படிப்பட்டது. ஏனெனில் திராவிட இயக்கமே எழுதியும், பேசியும் வளர்ந்த இயக்கம் தானே. பெரியார்-அண்ணா-கலைஞர் மூவரும் எழுதியதையும் பேசியதையும் தொகுத்தாலே நாம் எவ்வளவு போராட்டங்களை கடந்து இந்த இடத்தை அடைந்திருக்கிறோம் என்பது தெரியும். ஏனெனில் இதற்கான வாசக வட்டம், இதை விரும்புபவர்கள் குறைவாகத்தான் இருப்பார்கள். ஆனாலும் இது நம் மாணவர்களுக்கு, நம் மண்ணுக்கு அவசியம் என்பதை உணர்ந்து எவ்வளவு நுணுக்கமாக கவனம் செலுத்தி இதையும் செயலாக்கி வருகிறார் என்பதுதான் முக்கியமான விஷயம். நான் தீவிரமாக வாசிப்பவன் கிடையாது. ஆனால் சின்னச் சின்ன புத்தகங்களை தொடர்ந்து வாசித்து வருகிறேன். 

இலக்கியவாதிகளுடன் எனக்கு நல்ல பரிட்சயம் இருக்கிறது. அவர்களுடன் தொடர்ந்து உரையாடும் வாய்ப்பைப் பெற்றிருக்கிறேன். கழகத்தில் இளைஞர் அணி செயலாளராகவும், இளைஞர் நலன் சார்ந்த அமைச்சராகவும் இருப்பதால் நம் வரலாற்றை, கலையை, பண்பாட்டை அடுத்தத் தலைமுறையினரிடம் கடத்தவேண்டிய கடமை எனக்கு இருக்கிறது. மிகச் சிறந்த பத்திரிக்கையாளர், நாடக நடிகர், திரைக்கதை ஆசிரியர், கவிஞர், எழுத்தாளர், பாடலாசிரியர், நாளிதழ் ஆசிரியர், மிகச்சிறந்த பேச்சாளர் என பன்முகத் திறமை கொண்ட மிகப் பெரிய ஆளுமையான கருணாநிதியின் வழியில் வந்தவன், அந்தக் கழகத்தில் இருந்து வந்தவன் என்ற முறையில் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்துகொள்ள வேண்டிய பொறுப்பு எனக்கு இருக்கிறது. இதில் கலந்துகொள்வதால் பெருமையும் கொள்கிறேன்.

 பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சரை வைத்துக்கொண்டு இதைச் சொல்கிறேன். நான் பள்ளியில் படிக்கும்போது எல்லா பாடங்களிலும் சராசரி மாணவன் தான். ஆனால், தமிழில் எப்போதும் 90 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு மேல் எடுத்து வகுப்பில் முதல் மாணவனாக வருவேன். அதற்கு காரணம் கருணாநிதி. சிறுவயதில் இருந்தே அவரின் எழுத்துக்களையும், முரசொலியையும் படித்து வளர்ந்ததால் இயல்பிலேயே தமிழார்வம் உண்டு. 

 “என்னிடம் இருந்து செங்கோலை பறித்தாலும் எழுதுகோலை எவராலும் பறிக்க முடியாது” என கர்வத்தோடும், தன்னம்பிக்கையோடும் சொன்னவர் கருணாநிதி. இன்று அவரை நினைவில் வைத்து, அவரின் எண்ணங்களை மனதில் ஏந்தி ஆட்சி நடத்தும் முதல்வர் இந்த இலக்கிய திருவிழாவை சிறப்பாக நடத்துவதில் பெரிய ஆச்சர்யமில்லை. ஒரு காலத்தில் நூலகம் என்றால் நமது கண்முன்னே எதோ பழைய கட்டடம் தான் நினைவுக்கு வரும். ஆனால் அந்த நிலையை மாற்றியவர் முத்தமிழறிஞர் கலைஞர். சென்னை கோட்டூர்புரத்தில் பேரறிஞரின் நூற்றாண்டை முன்னிட்டு, அவர் உருவாக்கிய உலகதரத்திலான அண்ணா நூற்றாண்டு நூலகம் தமிழகத்தை அறிவுத் தளத்தில் ஒரு படி உயர்த்தியது. 

  அதேபோல் தென் தமிழகத்தின் அறிவு மாற்றத்திற்காக மதுரையில் ரூ.114 கோடி மதிப்பில் கருணாநிதி பெயரில் மிகப்பெரிய நூலகத்தை உருவாக்கி வருகிறார் நம்முடைய முதல்வர். விரைவில் அந்த நூலகமும் மக்கள் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு வரவுள்ளது. நாங்களும் எங்களுடைய இளைஞர் அணி அலுவலகமான அன்பகத்தில் ஒரு சிறிய நூலகத்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளோம். காலை 10 மணி முதல் மாலை 6 மணி வரை அந்த நூலகம் திறந்து இருக்கும். 4 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் அதிகமான புத்தகங்கள் உள்ளன. ஆர்வமுள்ள இளைஞர்கள் பயன்படுத்தி கொள்ளலாம். அதேபோல் நான் சட்டப்பேரவை உறுப்பினராக உள்ள சேப்பாக்கம்-திருவல்லிக்கேணி தொகுதியிலும் ஒரு நடமாடும் நூலகம் அமைக்கும் பணியையும் முன்னெடுத்து வருகிறோம்.

 தமிழகத்தின் பெருமைகளை இளம் தலைமுறைக்கு எடுத்துக் கூறுவதன் மூலம், நமது மண்ணுக்கு ஏதாவது செய்ய வேண்டும் என அவர்களை ஊக்கப்படுத்தக் கூடியதாக அமையும். அதுமட்டுமல்ல கலை-இலக்கியம் பெரும் சமூக பார்வையை உண்டாக்கும். அதேபோல், தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்விலும் கலை-இலக்கியம் உங்களின் தலைமை பண்புகளையும் வளர்க்கும், இப்போது நீங்கள் ஏறும் மேடைகள், எதிர்காலத்தில் நிறுவனத்தில் உயர் பதவிகளுக்கு செல்லும் போது உங்களுடைய தயக்கத்தை எல்லாம் குறைத்து, அந்த இடத்தை உங்களுக்கான இடமாக மாற்ற உதவும். 

அதை எதிர்காலத்தில் நீங்களே உணர்வீர்கள். ஆகவே மாணவர்கள், கல்வியோடு இதுபோன்ற திறமைகளையும் உடன் வளர்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பதையும் ஒரு அண்ணனாக உங்களிடம் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். அந்த வகையில் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு நடத்தும் இலக்கியத் திருவிழாக்கள் தமிழ் மக்களின் கொண்டாட்டத்துக்கு உரிய நிகழ்ச்சியாக கொண்டு செல்லப்பட வேண்டும். 

அனைவருக்கும் அனைத்தும் என்பதுதான் சமூக நீதியின் அடிப்படையான கொள்கை. அதை சரியாக செய்துவிட வேண்டும் என்பதுதான் மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் இடைவிடாத எண்ணம். அதைநோக்கித்தான் இதுபோன்ற நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடைபெறுகின்றன. இந்தப் போட்டிகளில் வெற்றி பெறுவது மட்டுமல்ல, கலந்து கொள்வதும், இந்த நிகழ்வை நண்பர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதும் முக்கியமானதுதான். ஆகவே மாணவர்கள் உற்சாகத்துடன் இந்த நிகழ்வில் பங்கேற்க வேண்டும் என அமைச்சர் உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் கூறினார்.

Literary Competitions for College Students - Minister Udayanidhi Launched!!!

Youth Welfare and Sports Development Minister Udayanidhi Stalin inaugurated the inaugural function of Literary Competitions and Training Workshops for college students. On the occasion of Chennai Literary Festival-2023, Anna Adarsh Women's College, Annanagar, Chennai, Literary Competitions and Workshops for college students will be held for two days on 04.01.2023 and 05.01.2023. The opening ceremony was held on Wednesday (January 4) under the leadership of School Education Minister Anbil Mahes Poiyamozhi.

Youth Welfare and Sports Development Minister Udayanidhi Stalin was the chief guest and inaugurated the tournament. Speaking on the occasion, Minister Udayanidhi Stalin said: I am happy to meet you all by participating in the opening ceremony of the two-day literary competitions and training workshops for college students, which will be held from today on the occasion of the Chennai Literature Festival 2023. I don't know if there are such literary festivals in any other state, where such competitions and training workshops are conducted for college students.

All this is possible because of the Dravidian model of government led by the Chief Minister. In the last year's financial statement, the Chief Minister announced that four literary festivals will be held every year to celebrate the literary richness of our language and its heritage. Based on the heritage of our river civilization, four literary festivals namely Vaigai, Cauvery, Borunai and Siruvani and one literary festival in Chennai have been decided and are being held.

The first event of this 'Borunai Literary Festival' was successfully held in Tirunelveli on November 26 and 27. Next, Chennai Literary Festival will be held for 3 days from 06.01.2023 to 08.01.2023 at Anna Centenary Library Complex. 100 literary personalities participate in various sessions on various topics. This effort to take the art literature history of Tamil Nadu and our culture to the next generation and make it known to the world through them will surely succeed.

  Many such projects can be listed as examples of how concerned and persistent the Chief Minister is in bringing education, our art and literature to students and youth.

  That is because the movement he came from was like that. Because the Dravidian movement itself is a movement that has developed in writing and speaking. By compiling what Periyar-Anna-Artist wrote and spoke, we know how many struggles we have gone through to reach this place. Because the reading circle for this, the people who like it will be less. However, the important thing is that he realizes that this is necessary for our students and our land and how meticulously he is processing this. I am not a serious reader. But I keep reading small books.

I have good experience with literary people. I have had the opportunity to interact with them regularly. Being the youth team secretary and youth welfare minister in the association, I have a duty to pass on our history, art and culture to the next generation. I have the responsibility to participate in this program as a follower of Karunanidhi, a multitalented personality who is a great journalist, dramatist, screenwriter, poet, writer, lyricist, journalist and a great orator. I am proud to participate in this.

  I am saying this in reference to the Minister of School Education. When I was in school I was an average student in all subjects. But in Tamil I always scored more than 90 marks and came first in the class. The reason for that is Karunanidhi. Having grown up reading his writings and murasoli since his childhood, he has a natural Tamilness.

  It was Karunanidhi who proudly and confidently said, "No one can take away the pen even if the scepter is taken away from me." Today, remembering him and keeping his thoughts in mind, the chief minister who runs the government is not surprising in organizing this literary festival. Once upon a time, if we thought of a library, we would remember some old building before our eyes. But it was Muthamizharinagar artist who changed that status. On the occasion of the scholar's centenary in Kotturpuram, Chennai, the world-class Anna Centenary Library created by him took Tamil Nadu a step higher in terms of knowledge.

   Likewise, our Chief Minister is building a huge library in the name of Karunanidhi at a cost of Rs.114 crores in Madurai for knowledge transfer in South Tamil Nadu. Soon the library will also be available for public use. We have also created a small library at our youth team office in Anpakum. The library is open from 10 am to 6 pm. More than 4 thousand books
