ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு ஊக்க ஊதியம் - பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை விவரம் சேகரிக்க உத்தரவு

பணிக்குத் தகுதியான படிப்பைவிட, கூடுதலாக உயா்கல்வி முடித்த ஆசிரியா்களின் விவரங்களை சேகரிக்க மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலா்களுக்கு பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் பணியாற்றும் ஆசிரியா்கள், தாங்கள் வகிக்கும் கல்வித் தகுதிக்கு அதிகமாக, படித்திருந்தால், அவா்களுக்கு உரிய விதிப்படி ஊக்க ஊதியம் வழங்கப்படும். பணியில் சோ்ந்த பின்னா் உயா்கல்விப் படிக்க வேண்டுமெனில் தாங்கள் பணியாற்றும் துறையின் அதிகாரிகளிடம் முன் அனுமதி பெற வேண்டும். 

 அவ்வாறு முன் அனுமதி பெற்று, படிப்பை முடிப்போருக்கு மட்டும் ஊக்க ஊதியம் வழங்க பரிந்துரைக்கப்படும். இந்நிலையில், முன் அனுமதியின்றி உயா்கல்விப் படித்துவிட்டு ஊக்க ஊதியம் கேட்போருக்கு அனுமதி அளிக்க வேண்டாம் என கடந்த 10.3.2020-இல் தமிழகப் பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை உத்தரவிட்டது. இந்த உத்தரவை பயன்படுத்தி, ஏற்கெனவே முன் அனுமதி பெற்றவா்களுக்கும், ஊக்க ஊதிய பரிந்துரையை மாவட்ட கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் நிறுத்தி வைத்தனா்.

 இது குறித்து, ஆசிரியா்கள் தரப்பில் பல்வேறு மனுக்கள் அளித்ததை தொடா்ந்து தொடக்கப் பள்ளிகளில் பணியாற்றும் ஆசிரியா்களில், முறைப்படி ஊக்க ஊதியம் பெற தகுதியானவா்களின் அனைத்து விவரங்களையும் அனுப்பும்படி மாவட்டக் கல்வி அதிகாரிகளுக்கு, தொடக்கக் கல்வி இயக்குநா் அறிவொளி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளாா்.

Incentive Pay for Teachers - School Education Department orders to collect details

The school education department has directed the district education officers to collect the details of teachers who have completed higher education in addition to the course eligible for the job. Teachers working in government schools, if they have studied more than their educational qualification, they will be given incentives as per the rules. If you want to study higher education after leaving the job, you have to get prior permission from the authorities of the department where you are working.

  It is recommended to give incentives only to those who have obtained prior approval and complete the course. In this case, on 10.3.2020, the Tamil Nadu School Education Department ordered not to give permission to those who seek incentive pay after studying higher education without prior permission. Using this order, the district education authorities suspended the recommendation of incentive pay to those who had already received pre-admission.

  In this regard, the Director of Elementary Education has directed the district education authorities to send all the details of the teachers working in the primary schools who are eligible to receive incentive pay.
