 சென்னை தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலினை 2-ந் தேதி (நேற்று) பல்வேறு தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பணியாளர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் சங்கங்களின் நிர்வாகிகள் சந்தித்து பேசினர். அப்போது, 16 லட்சம் அரசு அலுவலர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள், ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் பயன்பெறும் வகையில் அகவிலைப்படியை 4 சதவீதம் உயர்த்தி வழங்கியதற்காக நன்றி கூறி, புத்தாண்டு வாழ்த்துகளையும் தெரிவித்தனர். 

எந்த சங்கங்கள்? அந்த வகையில் முதல்-அமைச்சரை தமிழ்நாடு தலைமைச் செயலகச் சங்கம், ஜாக்டோ-ஜியோ, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு ஊழியர்கள் சங்கம், அரசு அலுவலர் ஒன்றியம், தமிழ்நாடு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி முதுநிலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் கழகம், தமிழ்நாடு பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் சங்கம், தமிழ்நாடு தொடக்கப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணி, தமிழ்நாடு தொடக்கப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் மன்றம், தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பொது நூலகத்துறை பணியாளர்கள் சங்கம், தமிழ்நாடு தலைமைச் செயலக ஊர்தி ஓட்டுநர்கள் சங்கம், தமிழ்நாடு அரசுத்துறை ஊர்தி ஓட்டுநர்கள் சங்கம், அலுவலக உதவியாளர் சங்கம் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு சங்கங்களின் நிர்வாகிகள் சந்தித்தனர்.

 அகவிலைப்படி உயர்த்தி வழங்கியதற்காக நன்றி தெரிவித்த சங்க நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தனது புத்தாண்டு வாழ்த்துகளை தெரிவித்தார். இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. நிலுவை தொகை அதைத் தொடர்ந்து தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் ஜாக்டோ ஜியோ அமைப்பின் மாநில ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் இரா.தாஸ் நிருபர்களுக்கு அளித்த பேட்டி வருமாறு:- அகவிலைப்படி உயர்த்தி வழங்கியதற்காக முதல்-அமைச்சரை நேரில் சந்தித்து நன்றிதெரிவித்தோம். 

அப்போது புத்தாண்டு வாழ்த்துகளையும் தெரிவித்தோம். மேலும், நிலுவையில் உள்ள 6 மாத கால அகவிலைப்படி நிலுவை தொகையையும் சேர்த்து வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று கோரிக்கை வைத்தோம். அதுபற்றி பரிசீலப்பதாக முதல்-அமைச்சர் உறுதி அளித்துள்ளார். ஈட்டிய விடுப்பை பணமாக்கும் உரிமையை வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற எங்களின் கோரிக்கையையும் பரிசீலிப்பதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

 பழைய ஓய்வூதியம் பழைய ஓய்வூதிய திட்டத்தை நடைமுறைப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்ற எங்களின் கோரிக்கையையும் வலியுறுத்தினோம். அதற்கு, நிதி நிலைமையை கையாளும் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு தற்போதுள்ள நிதி நிலைமை என்ன? என்பது தெரியும் என்றும், இந்த கோரிக்கையும் பரிசீலனையில்தான் உள்ளது என்றும் முதல்-அமைச்சர் தெரிவித்தார். 

இந்த சந்திப்பின்போது, எங்கள் கோரிக்கைகளை 4 பிரிவுகளாக எடுத்துரைத்தோம். அவற்றை முதல்-அமைச்சர் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார். 5-ந் தேதி நடத்த இருப்பதாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட போராட்டம் தொடர்பாக இன்று (நேற்று) ஆலோசிக்க இருக்கிறோம். அதன் பின்னர் அதுபற்றி ஜாக்டோ ஜியோ அறிவிக்கும்.

  Executives of various Tamil Nadu Government Employees and Teachers Associations met Chief Minister M.K.Stalin at Chennai Chief Secretariat on 2nd (yesterday). At the time, he thanked the government for increasing the dearness allowance by 4 percent to benefit 16 lakh government employees, teachers, pensioners and family pensioners and wished them a happy new year.

Which associations? In that regard, the Chief Minister Tamil Nadu Chief Secretariat Association, JACTO-JEO, Tamil Nadu Government Employees Association, Government Servants Union, Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary School Post Graduate Teachers Association, Tamil Nadu Graduate Teachers Association, Tamil Nadu Primary School Teachers Alliance, Tamil Nadu Primary School Teachers Association, Tamil Nadu Government Public Library Employees Association, Tamil Nadu Chief Secretariat Vehicle Drivers Association, Tamil Nadu Government Department Vehicle Drivers Association, Office Assistants Association etc. met.

  Chief Minister M.K.Stalin extended his New Year greetings to the union officials who thanked them for increasing the subsidized rates. It says so. The balance amount was followed by an interview given to the reporters by Jacto Jio State Coordinator I. Das at the head office:- We met the Prime Minister in person and thanked him for the increase in the allowance.

Then we also wished for the New Year. Also, we have requested to pay the outstanding amount as per 6 months' arrears. The Chief Minister has promised to look into it. He said that he would also consider our request to grant the right to encash the earned leave.

  Old Pension We also emphasized our demand to implement the old pension scheme. For that, what is the current financial situation for government employees who deal with the financial situation? The Chief Minister said that it is known and this request is also under consideration.

During this meeting, we presented our demands in 4 sections. They were asked by the Chief Minister. Today (yesterday) we are going to discuss about the protest announced to be held on the 5th. After that Jacto Jio will announce about it.
