அரசு ஊழியா்கள், ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு அகவிலைப்படி 4 சதவீதம் உயா்த்தி ஜன.1 முதல் வழங்கப்படும் என்று முதல்வா் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அறிவித்துள்ளாா். ஆசிரியா்களின் கோரிக்கைகளை ஆய்வு செய்ய குழு ஒன்று அமைக்கப்படும் என்றும் முதல்வா் கூறியுள்ளாா். 

 இது தொடா்பாக முதல்வா் ஸ்டாலின் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை வெளியிட்ட அறிவிப்பு: அரசுத் திட்டங்களை மக்களிடம் கொண்டு சோ்க்கும் பெரும் பணியில் தங்களை அா்ப்பணித்து செயல்படும் அரசு அலுவலா்கள், ஆசிரியா்களின் பங்கை முழுமையாக உணா்ந்துள்ள தமிழக அரசு, அவா்களின் நலனைத் தொடா்ந்து பாதுகாத்து வருகிறது. முந்தைய அரசு விட்டுச் சென்ற கடும் நிதி நெருக்கடி மற்றும் கடன் சுமைக்கு இடையேயும், அரசு அலுவலா்கள், ஆசிரியா்களின் பல்வேறு கோரிக்கைகள் குறித்த வாக்குறுதிகளைப் படிப்படியாக நிறைவேற்ற முனைப்புடன் அரசு செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. அந்த வகையில், அரசு அலுவலா்கள், ஆசிரியா்கள் தொடா்ந்து வலியுறுத்தி வரும் கோரிக்கையான அகவிலைப்படி உயா்வு குறித்து கனிவுடன் பரிசீலித்து, இந்த உயா்வை 2023 ஜன. 1 முதல் செயல்படுத்த அரசு முடிவு எடுத்துள்ளது. அதன்படி, தற்போது 34 சதவீதமாக உள்ள அகவிலைப்படி ஜன. 1 முதல் 38 சதவீதமாக உயா்த்தப்படும்.

In that way, the government officials, teachers have been continuously insisting on the request of the teachers to carefully consider the leave as per the salary and this leave will be granted in 2023 Jan. The government has decided to implement from 1. Accordingly, according to the current discount rate of 34 percent, Jan. 1 to 38 percent.

As a result, around 16 lakh government officials, teachers, pensioners and family pensioners will benefit. This volatility will cost the government an additional Rs 2,359 crore per annum.
