ஸ்மார்ட் சிட்டி திட்ட பணிகளுக்கு ரூ.173 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு - தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவு

சென்னை, தமிழக நகராட்சி நிர்வாகத்துறை கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர் சிவ்தாஸ்மீனா வெளியிட்ட அரசாணையில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:- தமிழகத்தில் பல்வேறு நகரங்களில் ஸ்மார்ட் சிட்டி திட்டம், மத்திய மற்றும் மாநில அரசுகளின் பங்களிப்புடன் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 

தூத்துக்குடி மற்றும் வேலூரில் ஸ்மார்ட் சிட்டி திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த மத்திய அரசு, கடந்த டிசம்பர் 12-ந் தேதி முதல் 29-ந் தேதிவரை நிர்வாகம், அலுவலக செலவினங்களுக்காக ரூ.87.75 கோடி நிதியை ஒதுக்கியது. அந்த திட்டத்திற்காக ஏற்கனவே மத்திய அரசு ரூ.943.25 கோடியும், மாநில அரசு ரூ.912.02 கோடியும் என ரூ.1855.27 கோடியை தமிழ்நாடு நகர்ப்புற நிதி மற்றும் கட்டமைப்பு மேம்பாட்டு கழகத்துக்கு (டுபிட்கோ) வழங்கியுள்ளன.

 இந்த நிலையில் மத்திய அரசு கடந்த டிசம்பரில் விடுவித்த தொகையுடன் , மாநில அரசின் நிதியையும் சேர்த்து ரூ.173.25 கோடியை விடுவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று தமிழக அரசை ஸ்மார்ட் சிட்டி திட்ட இயக்குனர், டுபிட்கோ தலைவர் ஆகியோர் கேட்டுக் கொண்டனர். அதன்படி இந்த ஆண்டில் தூத்துக்குடி, வேலூரில் ஸ்மார்ட் சிட்டி திட்டப் பணிகளுக்காக ரூ.173.25 கோடி நிதியை ஒதுக்கி அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது

Chennai, Tamil Nadu Municipal Administration Department Additional Chief Secretary Sivdasmeena has said in a decree that:- Smart city project is being implemented in various cities in Tamil Nadu with the participation of Central and State Governments.

To implement the Smart City project in Thoothukudi and Vellore, the central government allocated Rs 87.75 crore for administration and office expenses from December 12 to 29. For that project, the central government has already given Rs.943.25 crore and the state government Rs.912.02 crore and Rs.1855.27 crore to the Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DUBITCO).

  In this situation, the Smart City Project Director, Dubitco Chairman asked the Tamil Nadu government to release Rs. 173.25 crores along with the amount released by the central government last December and the state government's funds. Accordingly, the government has ordered an allocation of Rs. 173.25 crores for smart city projects in Thoothukudi and Vellore this year. It says so
