 தில்லியில் நடைபெறவுள்ள குடியரசு தின அணிவகுப்பில் தமிழ்நாடு, மேற்கு வங்கம், உத்தர பிரதேசம் உள்ளிட்ட 17 மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களின் அலங்கார ஊா்திகள் பங்கேற்கவுள்ளதாக தகவலறிந்த வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. நாட்டின் 74-ஆவது குடியரசு தினம் வரும் 26-ஆம் தேதி கோலாகலமாகக் கொண்டாடப்படவுள்ளது. அதையொட்டி, தில்லியில் மறுகட்டமைப்பு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள ‘கடமைப் பாதையில்’ பிரம்மாண்ட அணிவகுப்பு நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடைபெறவுள்ளன. 

முப்படைகளின் அணிவகுப்புடன் கலைநிகழ்ச்சிகளும் நடைபெறவுள்ளன. ஒவ்வோா் ஆண்டும் குடியரசு தின கொண்டாட்டத்தின்போது குறிப்பிட்ட கருப்பொருளை மையமாகக் கொண்டு மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் மத்திய அமைச்சகங்களின் துறைகள் சாா்பில் அலங்கார ஊா்திகள் அணிவகுப்பு நடைபெறும். அதில் சிறப்பாக அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்ட ஊா்திகள் மட்டுமே தோ்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு காட்சிப்படுத்தப்படும். நடப்பாண்டு குடியரசு தின கொண்டாட்டங்களுக்காக ‘பெண் சக்தி’ எனும் கருப்பொருளில் பெரும்பாலான அலங்கார ஊா்திகள் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

 கலாசாரம் உள்ளிட்ட சில கருப்பொருளிலும் ஊா்திகள் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. மாநிலங்கள், யூனியன் பிரதேசங்கள் அனுப்பிய அலங்கார ஊா்திகளில் 17 ஊா்திகளும், மத்திய அமைச்சகங்கள் மற்றும் துறைகள் சாா்பில் 6 ஊா்திகளும் தோ்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகத் தகவலறிந்த வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. 

 தமிழ்நாடு, கேரளம், ஆந்திரம், அஸ்ஸாம், அருணாசல பிரதேசம், மகாராஷ்டிரம், உத்தர பிரதேசம், மேற்கு வங்கம், குஜராத், ஹரியாணா, ஜாா்க்கண்ட், திரிபுரா, உத்தரகண்ட் ஆகிய மாநிலங்களின் அலங்கார ஊா்திகளும், ஜம்மு-காஷ்மீா், லடாக், தாத்ரா-நகா் ஹவேலி&டாமன்-டையு ஆகிய யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களின் ஊா்திகளும் தோ்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகத் தெரிகிறது. மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் கீழ் இயங்கும் போதைப் பொருள்கள் கட்டுப்பாட்டு மையம் (என்சிபி), மத்திய ஆயுதக் காவல் படைகள் (சிஏபிஎஃப்) ஆகியவை சாா்பில் அலங்கார ஊா்திகள் காட்சிப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளன.

 மத்திய வேளாண் அமைச்சகம், பழங்குடியினா் நல அமைச்சகம், கலாசார அமைச்சகம், மத்திய வீட்டுவசதித் துறையின் கீழ் செயல்படும் மத்திய பொதுப் பணிகள் துறை ஆகியவற்றின் அலங்கார ஊா்திகளும் தோ்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

 இடம்பெறாத தோ்தல் மாநிலங்கள்: நடப்பாண்டில் திரிபுரா, மேகாலயம், நாகாலாந்து, ராஜஸ்தான், சத்தீஸ்கா், மத்திய பிரதேசம், கா்நாடகம், தெலங்கானா, மிஸோரம் ஆகிய 9 மாநில சட்டப்பேரவைகளுக்குத் தோ்தல் நடைபெறவுள்ளது. அவற்றில் திரிபுரா மாநில அலங்கார ஊா்திக்கு மட்டுமே அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

 கா்நாடகத்தின் அலங்கார ஊா்தி நிராகரிக்கப்பட்ட விவகாரத்தில் மாநில முதல்வா் பசவராஜ் பொம்மையை மாநில காங்கிரஸ் விமா்சித்துள்ளது. மற்ற மாநிலங்களுக்கு வாய்ப்பளிக்கும் நோக்கில் கா்நாடக ஊா்தி நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக மாநில பாஜக விளக்கம் அளித்துள்ளது.

 கடந்த ஆண்டு அணிவகுப்பில் தமிழகம், கேரளம், ஆந்திரம், மேற்கு வங்கம் உள்ளிட்ட மாநிலங்கள் சாா்பில் அனுப்பப்பட்ட அலங்கார ஊா்திகளை மத்திய அரசு நிராகரித்திருந்தது நினைவுகூரத்தக்கது.

Tamil Nadu, 16 states dress up in Republic Day Parade in Delhi

  According to the informed sources, decorative processions from 17 states and union territories including Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh will participate in the Republic Day parade to be held in Delhi. The 74th Republic Day of the country will be celebrated on the 26th. On this occasion, grand processions will be held on the reconstructed 'Duty Road' in Delhi.

Along with the parade of the three armies, there will also be artistic performances. Every year during the Republic Day celebrations, decorated parades are held on behalf of the departments of the states and central ministries focusing on a specific theme. Only the most decorated urtis will be taken out and displayed. For this year's Republic Day celebrations, most of the decorations have been designed around the theme of 'woman power'.

  Urtis are also designed on some themes including culture. According to informed sources, 17 uniforms and 6 uniforms on behalf of central ministries and departments have been taken out of the decorative uniforms sent by the states and union territories.

  Ornamental dresses from the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Tripura, Uttarakhand and Union Territories of Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Dadra-Nagar Haveli & Daman-Diu have been excavated. It seems. The decorations will be displayed on behalf of the Narcotics Control Center (NCP) and the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

  The decorations of the Union Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Tribal Welfare, Ministry of Culture and Central Public Works Department, which functions under the Union Housing Department, have also been excavated.

  Non-voting states: Voting will be held for 9 state assemblies namely Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana and Mizoram. Among them, only the Tripura state decoration post has been given permission.

  The state Congress has criticized the Chief Minister Basavaraj Pupami on the matter of the rejection of Karnataka's decoration. The state BJP has explained that the Karnataka post has been rejected in order to give a chance to other states.

  It may be recalled that in last year's parade, the central government had rejected the decorations sent on behalf of the states including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.
