தமிழக ரேஷன் கடைகளில் பொங்கல் பரிசு ரூ.1,000 இன்று முதல் வினியோகம்

தமிழக ரேஷன் கடைகளில் அரிசி, சர்க்கரை, கரும்புடன் பொங்கல் பரிசு ரூ.1,000 இன்று முதல் வினியோகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. சென்னையில் முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தொடங்கிவைக்கிறார். 

தமிழர் திருநாளான பொங்கல் பண்டிகை வருகிற 15-ந் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. விழாவையொட்டி ஆண்டுதோறும் தமிழக அரசு சார்பில் பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு வழங்கப்படுவது வழக்கம். பொங்கல் பரிசு இந்த ஆண்டும் தமிழக மக்கள் பொங்கல் பண்டிகையை சிறப்பாக கொண்டாடும் வகையில், 2 கோடியே 19 லட்சம் ரேஷன் அட்டைதாரர்களுக்கு ஒரு கிலோ பச்சரிசி, ஒரு கிலோ சர்க்கரை ஆகியவற்றுடன் ரூ.1,000 ரொக்கத்தொகை வழங்கப்படும் என்று முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் ஏற்கனவே அறிவித்திருந்தார். 

ஆனால், பொங்கல் பரிசுடன் முழு கரும்பையும் சேர்த்து வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று எதிர்க்கட்சியினரும், கரும்பு விவசாயிகளும் கோரிக்கை விடுத்தனர். அதைத்தொடர்ந்து, 6 அடி நீளம் கொண்ட முழு கரும்பும் பொங்கல் பரிசுடன் கூடுதலாக வழங்கப்படும் என்று முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அறிவித்தார். டோக்கன் வினியோகம் இதற்காக தமிழக அரசு ரூ.2 ஆயிரத்து 429 கோடி நிதியை ஒதுக்கியது. மொத்தம் உள்ள 33 ஆயிரம் ரேஷன் கடைகளிலும் தடையில்லாமல் பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு வினியோகிக்க ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு வந்தன. கூட்ட நெரிசலை தவிர்க்க, தெரு வாரியாக வீடு, வீடாக சென்று டோக்கன்கள் வழங்கும் பணி நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.

 95 சதவீத பணிகள் நிறைவடைந்து விட்டன.  இதற்கான வழிகாட்டுதல்கள், அனைத்து ரேஷன் கடைகளுக்கும் உணவு மற்றும் கூட்டுறவுத்துறை சார்பில் அனுப்பிவைக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. அதாவது, தோகையுடன் கூடிய 6 அடி உயர கரும்பு, ஒரு கிலோ பச்சரிசி, ஒரு கிலோ சர்க்கரை ஆகியவற்றுடன் இரண்டு 500 ரூபாய் நோட்டுகள் வெளிப்படையாக பயனாளிகள் கையில் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது.

 மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தொடங்கிவைக்கிறார் இந்த நிலையில் பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு வழங்கும் திட்டத்தை முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் சென்னையில் இன்று (திங்கட்கிழமை) காலை 9 மணிக்கு தொடங்கிவைக்கிறார். கவர்னர் உரையுடன் சட்டசபை கூட்டம் இன்று தொடங்குவதால், தலைமைச் செயலகத்துக்கு அருகே போர் நினைவுச்சின்னம் எதிரே உள்ள அன்னை சத்யா நகர் ரேஷன் கடையில் இந்த திட்டத்தை அவர் தொடங்கிவைக்கிறார். அந்த கடைக்கான ரேஷன் அட்டை வைத்திருக்கும் பொதுமக்கள் 20 பேருக்கு6 அடி உயர கரும்பு, ஒரு கிலோ பச்சரிசி, ஒரு கிலோசர்க்கரை, ரூ.1,000 ரொக்கப்பணம் ஆகியவற்றை முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் வழங்குகிறார்.

 டோக்கன் இல்லாதவர்களுக்கு எப்போது? சென்னையில் முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு வழங்கும் திட்டத்தை தொடங்கிவைத்ததும், மாநிலம் முழுவதும் உள்ள ரேஷன் கடைகளில் பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு வினியோகம் தொடங்கும். அந்தந்த பகுதி எம்.பி., எம்.எல்.ஏ.க்கள், மாவட்ட ஊராட்சி தலைவர்கள், கவுன்சிலர்கள் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்று பொதுமக்களுக்கு வழங்க இருக்கின்றனர். டோக்கன் வைத்திருப்பவர்களுக்கு இன்று முதல்12-ந் தேதி வரை குறிப்பிட்ட தேதியில் பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு வழங்கப்படும். டோக்கன் இல்லாதவர்கள் 13-ந் தேதி முதல் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. 

இதே பரிசு தொகுப்பு, இலங்கை தமிழர் மறுவாழ்வு மையங்களில் உள்ள குடும்பத்தினருக்கும் வழங்கப்படும் என்று அரசு அறிவித்து உள்ளது. பொங்கல் பண்டிகையையொட்டி, பச்சரிசி, சர்க்கரை ஆகியவை ஏற்கனவே அனைத்து ரேஷன் கடைகளுக்கும் அனுப்பப்பட்டுவிட்டது. நேற்று முதல் கரும்பு, ரொக்கப்பணம் ஆகியவை அனுப்பப்பட்டு வருகின்றன என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

 ஆலோசனை கூட்டம் இதற்கிடையே பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு வழங்கும் பணியை துரிதமாக மேற்கொள்வது தொடர்பாக அமைச்சர்கள் எம்.ஆர்.கே.பன்னீர்செல்வம், பெரியகருப்பன், சக்கரபாணி ஆகியோர் நேற்று ஆலோசனை நடத்தினர். சென்னையில் உள்ள தமிழ்நாடு கூட்டுறவு ஒன்றிய கூட்ட அரங்கில் நடந்த இந்த கூட்டத்தில் பொங்கல் பரிசு வழங்குவதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகள் நிறைவு பெற்று விட்டதா? என்றும், எந்த பிரச்சினையும் இன்றி ரேஷன் அட்டைதாரர்களுக்கு டோக்கன் முறைப்படி பரிசு தொகுப்பு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும் வலியுறுத்தினர்.

 கூட்டத்தில் கூட்டுறவு, உணவு மற்றும் நுகர்வோர் பாதுகாப்புத்துறை கூடுதல் தலைமை செயலாளர் டாக்டர் ஜெ.ராதாகிருஷ்ணன், கூட்டுறவு சங்கங்களின்பதிவாளர் சண்முகசுந்தரம், உணவு வழங்கல் துறை ஆணையர் ராஜாராம், தமிழ்நாடு நுகர்வோர் வாணிப கழக மேலாண்மை இயக்குனர் பிரபாகர், வேளாண்மைதுறை இயக்குனர் அண்ணாதுரை உள்பட பலர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

Pongal, a Tamil festival, is celebrated on the 15th. It is customary for the Tamil Nadu government to give a Pongal gift package every year on the occasion of the festival. Pongal Prize To celebrate the Pongal festival this year, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin had already announced that 2 crore 19 lakh ration card holders will be given Rs.

However, the opposition parties and sugarcane farmers demanded that whole sugarcane should be given along with the Pongal gift. Subsequently, Chief Minister M. K. Stalin announced that a whole sugarcane of 6 feet length would be given as an additional Pongal gift. The Tamil Nadu government allocated Rs. 2 thousand 429 crores for token distribution. Arrangements were being made to distribute Pongal gift packages to all 33,000 ration shops without any hindrance. Street-wise door-to-door distribution of tokens is underway to avoid crowding.

  95 percent of the work has been completed. Guidelines for this have been sent to all the ration shops by the Department of Food and Cooperatives. That is, it has been informed that the beneficiaries should hand over two 500 rupees notes along with 6 feet tall sugarcane with thogai, one kg of sweet rice and one kg of sugar.

  M.K.Stalin to Inaugurate Pongal Gift Package Scheme In Chennai, Chief Minister M.K.Stalin will inaugurate today (Monday) at 9 am. As the Assembly session begins today with the Governor's address, he will inaugurate the program at the Annai Satya Nagar ration shop opposite the War Memorial near the Chief Secretariat. Chief Minister M.K.Stalin will give 20 people who have ration cards to the shop 6 feet tall sugarcane, one kilogram of sweet rice, one kilogram of sugar and Rs.1,000 in cash.

  When for tokenless people? After launching the Pongal Gift Package Scheme in Chennai by Chief Minister M. K. Stalin, distribution of Pongal gift packages will begin in ration shops across the state. MPs, MLAs, district panchayat presidents and councilors of the respective areas are participating in this program and presenting it to the public. Token holders will be given Pongal gift package on specified dates from today to 12th. It has been announced that those who do not have a token can get it from 13th.

The government has announced that the same gift package will be given to families in Sri Lankan Tamil rehabilitation centers. On the occasion of Pongal, sweet rice and sugar have already been sent to all ration shops. It is noted that sugarcane and cash are being sent since yesterday.

  Consultation meeting Meanwhile, Ministers MRK Panneerselvam, Periyakaruppan and Chakrapani held a consultation yesterday regarding the speedy delivery of Pongal gift packages. Have the preparations for the Pongal gift distribution been completed in this meeting held at the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Union Conference Hall in Chennai? They insisted that the gift package should be given to the ration card holders on token basis without any problem.
