ஆசிரியா்கள், தலைமை ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு ‘எண்ணும் எழுத்தும்’ திட்டத்தின் வட்டார அளவிலான பயிற்சி ஜன.2 முதல் 4-ஆம் தேதி வரை மூன்று நாள்கள் நடைபெறவுள்ளது.

இது குறித்து மாநில கல்வியியல் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவனம் சாா்பில் அனைத்து மாவட்ட ஆசிரியா் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவன முதல்வா்களுக்கு அனுப்பியுள்ள சுற்றறிக்கை: ஆசிரியா் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு நாள்காட்டியில் குறிப்பிட்டபடி எண்ணும் எழுத்தும் திட்டத்தின் மாநில பயிற்சி கடந்த டிச.15 முதல் 17-ஆம் தேதி வரை மதுரையில் நடைபெற்றது. இதையடுத்து மாவட்ட அளவிலான கருத்தாளா் பயிற்சி (டிச.19) திங்கள்கிழமை முதல் (டிச.21) புதன்கிழமை வரை மாவட்ட தலைநகரங்கள், தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட மையங்களில் நடைபெறும். 

 தொடா்ந்து, அரசு, அரசு உதவி பெறும் தொடக்க, நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் மூன்றாம் வகுப்பு வரை கற்பிக்கும் ஆசிரியா்கள், தலைமை ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு ‘எண்ணும் எழுத்தும்’ திட்டத்தின் வட்டார அளவிலான பயிற்சி ஜன.2 முதல் 4-ஆம் தேதி வரை மூன்று நாள்கள் நடைபெறவுள்ளது. 

 கருத்தாளா்கள், ஆசிரியா்களுக்கான பயிற்சியை பாா்வையிட்டு அதை திறம்பட நடத்தும் வகையில் அந்தந்த மாவட்டங்களுக்கு பொறுப்பாளா்களாக மாநில கல்வியியல் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவனத்தின் இணை இயக்குநா்கள், துணை இயக்குநா்கள், உதவிப் பேராசிரியா்கள் ஆகியோருக்கு ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாவட்ட பொறுப்பாளா்களுக்கு தங்குமிடம், போக்குவரத்து வசதி, பயணப்படி மற்றும் தினப்படி ஆகியவற்றை வழங்க அந்தந்த மாவட்டங்களில் வழங்க மாவட்ட ஆசிரியா் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவன முதல்வா்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறது எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

 எட்டு வயதுக்கு உள்பட்ட அனைத்து குழந்தைகளும் முழுமையான எண்ணறிவையும், எழுத்தறிவையும் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதே இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கமாகும்.

In this regard, a circular sent on behalf of the State Pedagogical Research and Training Institute to all District Teacher Education and Training Institute principals: The state training for the numeracy and literacy program as specified in the teacher skill development calendar was held in Madurai from December 15 to 17. After this, the district level training will be held from Monday (Dec. 19) to Wednesday (Dec. 21) in the district capitals and selected centers.

  Following this, district-level training of the ``Numbers and Writing'' program will be held for three days from January 2nd to 4th for the teachers and head teachers of government and government-aided primary and middle schools up to the third standard.

  In order to oversee the training of the teachers and conduct it effectively, the State Educational Research and Training Institute's Joint Directors, Deputy Directors and Assistant Professors have been allocated as responsible for the respective districts. It has been informed that the Principals of the District Teacher Education and Training Institutes have been instructed to provide accommodation, transport facility, travel allowance and daily allowance to the district officials in their respective districts.

  The aim of the scheme is to ensure that all children under the age of eight are fully literate.
