அரசு உதவிப்பெறும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு இந்த மாதம் சம்பளம் கிடைப்பதில் சிக்கல்!

பல மாவட்ட கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் இன்னும் முழுமையாக பொறுப்பேற்கவில்லை என கூறப்படுகிறது. இதன்அரசு உதவிப்பெறும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் அரசுப்பள்ளிகளில் ஆசிரியர் அல்லாத ஊழியர்களுக்கு, இந்த மாதம் சம்பளம் கிடைப்பதில் தாமதம் ஏற்படும் என தகவல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது. 

 தமிழ்நாட்டில் அரசு நிதி உதவி பெறக்கூடிய பள்ளிகளில் ஒரு லட்சத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் பணியாற்றி வருகின்றனர். அத்தகைய ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் அல்லாத ஊழியர்களுக்கான சம்பள பட்டியல் மாதம் தோறும் 20ம் தேதி அந்தந்த பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியரிடமிருந்து பெறப்படும். அதில் மாவட்ட கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் கையெழுத்திட்ட பின் கருவூலத்திற்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டு ஆசிரியர்களின் வங்கி கணக்கில் சம்பளம் வரவு வைக்கப்படுகிறது.

 இந்நிலையில், பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறையில் நிர்வாக முறையில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட மாற்றத்தின் அடிப்படையில், ஏற்கனவே இருந்த மாவட்ட கல்வி அலுவலகங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 120-லிருந்து 152-ஆக உயர்ந்துள்ளது.ஆனால் பல மாவட்ட கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் இன்னும் முழுமையாக பொறுப்பேற்கவில்லை என கூறப்படுகிறது. 

 இதன் காரணமாக சென்னை உட்பட பெரும்பாலான மாவட்டங்களில் அரசு நிதி உதவி பெறும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான சம்பள பட்டியல் இதுவரை பெறப்படவில்லை. இதனால் அரசு பள்ளிகளில் பணிபுரியும் ஆசிரியர் அல்லாத ஊழியர்களுக்கும் சம்பளம் கிடைப்பதில் தாமதம் ஏற்படும் என கூறப்படுகிறது.

 பணி மாறுதல் பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் அல்லாத ஊழியர்கள் புதிய இடங்களில் சேர்ந்து வருகின்றனர். அவர்களுக்கான நிதி பரிமாற்றம் உள்ளிட்ட நடைமுறைகள் முழுமையாக நிறைவு பெறாததால், இந்த மாதத்திற்கான ஊதியம் கிடைப்பதில் மட்டும் தாமதம் ஏற்படும் என கல்வித்துறை வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.

 

Difficulty in getting salary for government aided school teachers this month!

It is said that many district education officers are yet to take full responsibility. It has been reported that teachers of government-aided schools and non-teaching staff in government schools will be delayed in getting their salaries this month.

 More than one lakh teachers are working in government aided schools in Tamil Nadu. The salary list of such teachers and non-teaching staff will be received from the Headmaster of the respective school on 20th of every month. After signing by the district education officers, it is sent to the treasury and the salary is credited to the bank account of the teachers.

 In this case, based on the change in the administrative system in the school education department, the number of existing district education offices has increased from 120 to 152. But it is said that many district education officers have not yet taken full responsibility.

 Due to this, in most districts including Chennai, the salary list of school teachers receiving government financial assistance has not been received yet. It is said that due to this, the non-teaching staff working in government schools will also be delayed in getting their salaries.

 Transferred teaching and non-teaching staff are joining the new locations. Sources in the education department said that since the procedures including transfer of funds for them have not been completed, there will only be a delay in getting the salary for this month.
