அயல்நாடுகளில் உள்ள தன்னார்வலர்கள் முறையாகத் தமிழைக் கற்பிக்க அவர்களுக்கு ஆசிரியர் பட்டயம் பயிற்சி தொடங்குவதற்கான பணிகளும் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகின்றனசென்னை அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழக வளாகத்தில் இன்று மாலை தமிழ் பரப்புரைக் கழகத் தொடக்க விழா தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற உள்ளது.

 இதுகுறித்து, வெளியிட்ட செய்திக் குறிப்பில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:- உலகில் ஏறத்தாழ 90 நாடுகள் மற்றும் வெளி மாநிலங்களில் வாழும் தமிழர்களுக்கும் இளந்தலைமுறையினருக்கும் தமிழ்மொழியைக் கற்பிக்கவும், பண்பாட்டுக் கூறுகளைக் கொண்டு செல்லவும் பல முயற்சிகளைத் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு எடுத்து வருகிறது.

 அதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக, தமிழை எளிமையாகக் கற்பதற்கான தமிழ்ப் பாடநூல்கள், வெளிநாடுகள் மற்றும் வெளி மாநிலங்களில் தமிழைக் கற்பிக்கும் அமைப்புகளுக்கு நிதியுதவி வழங்குதல், தமிழைத் திறம்பட கற்பிக்க ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான பயிற்சி வழங்குதல் முதலான நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ள தமிழ்ப் பரப்புரைக் கழகம் உருவாக்கப்படும் என அரசு ஆணை வெளியிட்டது. 

அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து, தமிழ்நாடு அரசால் அப்பணிகளுக்கு முதற்கட்டமாக ஒரு கோடி ரூபாய் நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. தமிழ் வளர்ச்சித்துறையின் அறிவிப்பான தமிழ்ப் பரப்புரைக் கழகம் திட்டமானது தமிழ் இணையக் கல்விக்கழகத்தின் மூலம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

 இதன் மூலம், புலம்பெயர்ந்த தமிழர்கள் மற்றும் அயல்நாட்டில் வசிக்கும் தமிழர்களின் மொழி கற்கும் சூழல் அறிந்து ஐந்து நிலைகளாகப் புதிய படத்திட்டத்தை உருவாக்கிப் பயன்பட்டு அடிப்படையில் புத்தகங்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

மேலும், அப்புத்தகத்தை 24 மொழிகளில் மொழிபெயர்த்து வழங்குதல், புத்தகத்திலுள்ள பாடப் பொருண்மைகள் எளிதில் புரியும் வண்ணம் செயல்வழிக் கற்றல் என்ற அடிப்படையில் கற்பித்தல் துணைக்கருவிகளை உருவாக்கி அதனை இணையம் வழி வழங்குதல், பாடப்பொருண்மைகளைப் படித்துக் காட்டும் விதமான ஒளி ஒலிப் புத்தமாக வடிவமைத்தல், புத்தகத்தில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள கருத்துகளைத் தெளிவாக அறிவதற்கேற்ற அசைவூட்டும் காணொலிகளை வழங்குதல், சொற்களஞ்சியத்தைப் பெருக்கும் மிதமாக மின் அட்டைகளை வழங்குதல், புத்தகத்திலுள்ள பயிற்சிகளைத் தானே செய்து பழகுவதற்கு இணையம் வழியாக கற்றல் பயிற்சியை வழங்குதல், தமிழைப் பன்முக நோக்கில் கற்பிக்க கற்றறிந்த ஆசிரியர்களைக் கொண்டு இணையம் வழியில் வகுப்புகள் எடுத்தல், தேவைகளுக்கேற்ப ஆசிரியர்கள்/கலைப் பயிற்றுநர்களை அயல்நாட்டுக்கு அனுப்புதல் முதலான பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவுள்ளன. 

 தமிழ் மொழியைப் பிற மொழியினரும் கற்கவும், பல்வேறு நிலைகளுக்குரிய பாடங்களைக் கற்றுத் தேர்வு எழுதி உரிய நிலைகளில் சான்றிதழ்களைப் பெறவும் தமிழ் பரப்புரைக்கழகம் திட்டங்களை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது. தேமதுரத் தமிழோசை உலகமெல்லாம் பரவ வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக, தமிழ் மொழிப் பாடத்தைக் கையடக்கக் கருவிகளில் வழங்குவதுடன், மொழித்திறனை வளர்க்கும் பயிற்சிகள்,தேர்வுகள் முதலானவற்றை மேற்கொள்ள கற்றல் மேலாண்மை அமைப்பு (Learning Management System) செயலி வடிவமைக்கப்படவுள்ளது.தமிழ்மொழியை அயலகத் தமிழர்களுக்கு இணையவழியில் கற்றுக் கொடுக்க 100 ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

 In this regard, the press release has stated that:- The Government of Tamil Nadu is taking many efforts to teach Tamil language and bring cultural elements to the Tamils ​​and the younger generation living in approximately 90 countries and foreign states in the world.

 As a part of it, the government issued an order to form a Tamil lobbying association to carry out activities such as Tamil textbooks for easy learning of Tamil, providing financial assistance to organizations that teach Tamil in foreign countries and foreign states, and providing training for teachers to teach Tamil effectively.

Subsequently, the Government of Tamil Nadu has allocated one crore rupees for the works in the first phase. The Tamil Advocacy Corporation, announced by the Tamil Development Department, is being implemented by the Tamil Internet Education Corporation.

 Through this, the language learning environment of Tamils ​​living abroad and Tamils ​​living in foreign countries has been known and a new curriculum has been developed and used in five stages.

Also, translating the textbook into 24 languages, creating teaching aids based on hands-on learning to make the subject matter in the book easy to understand and providing it through the Internet, designing an audio-visual book to read and show the subject matter, providing moving videos to clearly understand the concepts in the book, and providing e-cards to increase vocabulary. , Providing online learning training to practice the exercises in the book, taking classes online with experienced teachers to teach Tamil in a multifaceted manner, sending teachers/art instructors to foreign countries as per the needs etc.

 The Tamil Parappurai Kazhagam has developed programs for students of other languages ​​to learn Tamil and to take various levels of subjects and take exams and obtain certificates at appropriate levels. In order to spread Tamil language throughout the world, apart from providing Tamil language lessons on mobile devices, a Learning Management System application will be designed to carry out exercises and exams to improve language skills. 100 teachers have been selected to teach Tamil language to Tamils ​​from the neighboring areas online.

 Also, work is being done to start teaching certificate training for volunteers in foreign countries to teach Tamil properly. The basic exercises of Silambatam are presented as videos to carry the folk and sports arts to the next generation. Also, initiatives are being taken to provide performing arts as training videos.
