 இதுதொடர்பாக, அனைத்து முதன்மைக்‌ கல்வி அலுவலர்கள்‌, மாவட்ட திட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர்களுக்கு அனுப்பிய சுற்றறிக்கையில், அக்டோபர்‌ 2ம்‌ தேதி நடைபெறும்‌ சிறப்பு கிராம சபை கூட்டத்தில்‌ இத்தீர்மானங்களைப்‌ பகிர்ந்து கொண்டு அது தொடர்பான ஆலோசனைகளை மேற்கொண்டு தீர்மானங்களை நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும்‌.

 கிராம சபை கூட்டத்தில், பள்ளி மேலாண்மைக்‌ குழுக்‌ கூட்ட தீர்மானங்களைப்‌ பகிர்ந்துகொள்வதன்‌ மூலம்‌ கிராம மக்கள்‌ தங்கள்‌ பள்ளி சார்ந்த பிரச்சனைகள்‌ மற்றும்‌ தேவைகளை அறிந்துகொண்டு தங்களின்‌ பங்களிப்பை அளிக்க இயலும்‌. மேலும்‌ கிராமப்‌ பஞ்சாயத்துக்கள்‌ பள்ளி வளர்ச்சிக்கு உறுதுணையாக செயல்பட முடியும்‌.

 கிராம சபை கூட்டத்தில்‌, பள்ளி மேலாண்மைக்‌ குழுக்‌ கூட்ட தீர்மானங்கள்‌ தொடர்பாக எடுக்கப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்களை/முடிவுகளை இம்மாதம்‌ கடைசி வெள்ளிக்‌ கிழமை நடைபெறும்‌ பள்ளி மேலாண்மைக்குழுக்‌ கூட்டத்தில்‌ கலந்தாலோசிக்க வேண்டும்‌.

School Headmasters to participate in Grama  Sabha meeting: School Education Department

By sharing the decisions of the school management committee meeting, the school education department said that the school management committee decisions should be shared and discussed by the headmaster in the village council meeting to be held on October 2, which is Mahatma Gandhi's birthday, so that the villagers can know their school-related problems and needs.

 In this regard, in a circular sent to all the Primary Education Officers and District Program Coordinators, the special Gram Sabha meeting to be held on October 2 should share these resolutions and carry out related consultations and pass the resolutions.

 In the Gram Sabha meeting, by sharing the resolutions of the School Management Committee meeting, the villagers can learn about their school-related problems and needs and give their input. Also, Gram Panchayats can support school development.

 The resolutions/decisions taken in the Gram Sabha meeting and the school management committee meeting resolutions should be discussed in the school management committee meeting held on the last Friday of this month.
