புதிய கல்வி கொள்கை: பிரதமர் பெருமிதம்

நம் நாட்டின் புதிய கல்விக் கொள்கை, சர்வதேச அளவில் பாராட்டை பெற்று வருகிறது. இதை உருவாக்கியதில் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு முக்கிய பங்கு உண்டு, என, பிரதமர் மோடி பேசினார். தேசிய நல்லாசிரியர் விருது பெற்றவர்களுடன், பிரதமர் மோடி புதுடில்லியில் கலந்துரையாடினார்.

 ஆசிரியர்கள் மாணவர்களுக்கு கல்வியை போதிப்பதுடன், அவர்களது வாழ்க்கையையே மாற்றும் திறன் படைத்தவர்களாக திகழ்கின்றனர். நம் புதிய கல்விக் கொள்கை, சர்வதேச நாடுகளிடையே பாராட்டை பெற்றுள்ளது. இதை வகுத்துக் கொடுத்ததில் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு முக்கிய பங்கு உள்ளது. ஆசிரியர்களை பொறுத்தவரை ஒருங்கிணைந்த அணுகுமுறை தேவை. ஒவ்வொரு ஆசிரியரும், எந்தவித விருப்பும், வெறுப்பும் இல்லாமல் மாணவர்களை சமமானவர்களாக பார்க்கின்றனர்.

 ஆசிரியர்கள் மாணவர்களுக்கு நேர்மறையான சிந்தனையை ஊக்குவிக்கின்றனர். மாணவர்களுக்கான லட்சியத்துக்கு விதை போடுகின்றனர். இது போன்ற நடவடிக்கைகளால் தான், எல்லாவிதமான சவால்களையும் சந்திக்கும் தைரியம் மாணவர்களுக்கு உருவாகிறது. நம் நாடு கல்விச் சூழலை பலப்படுத்துவதற்கான சரியான திசையில் நடை போடுகிறது. இதை, உலகமே ஆச்சரியத்துடன் பார்க்கிறது. சர்வதேச அளவில் பிரிட்டனை பின்னுக்குத் தள்ளி, ஐந்தாவது மிகப் பெரிய பொருளாதார நாடாக நாம் உருவெடுத்துள்ளோம்.

 250 ஆண்டுகளாக நம்மை ஆட்சி செய்தவர்களை, பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சியில் பின்னுக்குத் தள்ளியுள்ளோம். 

 புதிய திட்டம்

 ஆசிரியர் தினத்தையொட்டி, &'பிரதம மந்திரி எழுச்சி இந்தியாவுக்கான பள்ளிகள்&' என்ற புதிய திட்டத்தை அறிவிப்பதில் பெருமை அடைகிறேன். 

இந்த திட்டத்தின் கீழ், நாடு முழுதும் 14 ஆயிரத்து 500 பள்ளிகள் தரம் உயர்த்தப்படும். தேசிய கல்விக் கொள்கையின் முழு அம்சத்தையும் உள்ளடக்கிய வகையில், இவை மாதிரி பள்ளிகளாக மாற்றப்படும். 

 இந்த பள்ளிகளில் கண்டுபிடிப்பு சார்ந்த கற்பித்தல் முறைக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கப்படுவதுடன், நவீன தொழில்நுட்ப வசதிகள், &'ஸ்மார்ட்&' வகுப்பறைகள் உள்ளிட்ட கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளும் ஏற்படுத்தப்படும். இவ்வாறு அவர் பேசினார்.

The new education policy of our country is getting international praise. Prime Minister Modi said that teachers have an important role in creating this. Prime Minister Modi interacted with National Writer Award winners in New Delhi.

 Then he said:

 Teachers have the power to impart education to students and change their lives. Our new education policy has won international acclaim. Teachers have an important role in imparting this. An integrated approach is needed for teachers. Every teacher treats students as equals without any likes or dislikes.

 Teachers encourage positive thinking in students. They plant the seeds of ambition for the students. It is through activities like these that students develop the courage to face all kinds of challenges. Our country is moving in the right direction to strengthen the educational environment. The world is watching this with surprise. Internationally, we have overtaken Britain to become the fifth largest economy.

 We have left those who ruled us for 250 years backward in economic development.

 New plan

 On the occasion of Teacher's Day, I am proud to announce a new project 'Prime Minister Rise of Schools for India'.

Under this scheme, 14 thousand 500 schools across the country will be upgraded. These will be converted into model schools covering the entire spectrum of the National Education Policy.

 In these schools, emphasis will be placed on innovation-based teaching methods and infrastructure facilities including modern technological facilities, &'smart' classrooms will be established. Thus he spoke.
