இன்று தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை சார்பில் உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளையில் மனுதாரரின் OMR ஷீட் மட்டும் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது.நீட் தேர்வு எழுதிய திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தைச் சார்ந்த மாணவன் டேவிட்-ன் விடைத்தாள் கார்பன் நகலை வரும் வெள்ளிகிழமைக்குள் தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை கண்டிப்பாக தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. 

 இளநிலை மருத்துவப் படிப்புகளுக்கான நீட் நுழைவுத் தேர்வு ஜூலையில் நடைபெற்றது. இதனையடுத்து, உத்தேச விடைத்தொகுப்பும் (Answer Keys),தேர்வரின் OMR விடைத்தாளையும், இயந்திரம் பதிவு செய்த தேர்வரின் விடைகளையும் ( scanned images of OMR Answer Sheets and recorded responses by the machine) தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை வெளியிட்டது. 

இந்த OMR செயல்முறையில் ஏதேனும் குறைகள் இருந்தால் தேர்வர்கள் மேல்முறையீடு செய்யவும் வாய்ப்பளிக்கப்பட்டது. சில தினங்களுக்கு முன்பு நீட் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டது. இந்நிலையில், தேர்வு முகமை பதிவேற்றம் செய்த OMR விடைத்தாளில் முறைகேடு நடந்திருப்பதாக திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தைச் சார்ந்த மாணவன் டேவிட் என்பவர் உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளையில் மனுத் தாக்கல் செய்திருந்தார். 

 மனுதாரர் தனது மனுவில், "கடந்த ஜூலை 17 லில் நடைபெற்ற இளநிலை மருத்துவர் படிப்பிற்கான நுழைவு தேர்வு நீட் தேர்வை நல்ல முறையில் எழுதியிருந்ததாக குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார். நீட் தேர்வு முகமை வெளியிட்ட உத்தேச விடைக் குறிப்பில் 670/720 மதிப்பெண்கள் சரியாக இருந்ததாகவும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். அதேசமயம், OMR விடைத்தாளையும் தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை பதிவேற்றம் செய்தது. அந்த விடைத்தாள் என்னுடையது இல்லை. அதில் எனக்கு 115 மதிப்பெண்கள் மட்டுமே வரும். 

அந்த OMR விடை தாள் நான் எழுதியது இல்லை. எனது விடைத்தாள் திருடப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இதில் ஏதோ குளறுபடி நடந்துள்ளது. எனவே எனது அசல் OMR விடைத்தாள் மற்றும் கார்பன் நகல் ஆகியவற்றை நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்ய உத்தரவிட வேண்டும்.மேலும் எனது விடைத்தாள் மோசடி குறித்து உரிய விசாரணை நடத்த வேண்டும். மருத்துவ கலந்தாய்வில் எனக்கான ஒரு இடம் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்து உறுதிப்படுத்த வேண்டும்" என மனு தாக்கல் செய்திருந்தார். 

 இந்த மனு நீதிபதி பவானி சுப்பராயன் முன் கடந்த 2 வாரங்களுக்கு முன்பு விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. அப்போது, நீதிபதி பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவில், மாணவர் எழுதிய நீட் தேர்வின் அசல் OMR விடைதாள் அதனுடைய கார்பன் நகலையும் தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை , நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்ய உத்தரவிட்டு வழக்கு விசாரணையை ஓத்தி வைத்து உத்தரவிட்டு இருந்தார்.

இன்று தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை சார்பில் நீதிமன்றத்தில் மனுதாரரின் OMR ஷீட் மட்டும் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. அப்போது, OMR ஷீட்டின் கார்பன் நகலை ஏன் தாக்கல் செய்ய வில்லை? என கேள்வி எழுப்பிய நீதிபதி, இள நிலை மருத்துவ படிப்பிற்கான நீட் தேர்வு தொடர்பாக நெல்லை மாணவரின் OMR விடைத்தாளின் கார்பன் நகலை வரும் 23 ம் தேதிக்கிள் தாக்கல் செய்ய உத்தரவிட்டு வழக்கு விசாரணையை ஒத்தி வைத்து உத்தரவிட்டார்.

NEET malpractice case: Madras HC directs candidate to submit carbon copy of answer sheet

Today, only the OMR sheet of the petitioner was filed in the Madurai Branch of the High Court on behalf of the National Examination Agency. The Madras High Court Madurai Branch has ordered that the National Examination Agency must file the carbon copy of the answer sheet of Tirunelveli district student David who wrote the NEET exam by next Friday.

 The NEET entrance exam for undergraduate medical courses was held in July. After this, the National Examination Agency published the intended answer keys, the OMR answer sheet of the candidate and the answers of the candidate recorded by the machine (scanned images of OMR Answer Sheets and recorded responses by the machine).

Candidates are also given an opportunity to appeal against any deficiencies in this OMR process. A few days ago the NEET results were published. In this case, David, a student from Tirunelveli district, had filed a petition in the Madurai branch of the High Court, alleging that there had been malpractice in the OMR answer sheet uploaded by the examination agency.

 In his petition, the petitioner has stated that he had written the NEET examination for junior doctor course held last July 17 in a good manner. In the intended answer sheet issued by the NEET examination agency, 670/720 marks were correct. Meanwhile, the OMR answer sheet was also uploaded by the National Examination Agency. That answer sheet is mine. No. I will get only 115 marks in it.

That OMR answer sheet was not written by me. My answer sheet has been stolen. Something has gone wrong. So order to file my original OMR answer sheet and carbon copy in the court and conduct a proper investigation into my answer sheet fraud. He had filed a petition saying that a seat should be reserved for me in the medical consultation and confirmed.

 The petition came up for hearing before Justice Bhavani Subparayan two weeks ago. At that time, in the order issued by the judge, the original OMR answer sheet of the NEET written by the student and its carbon copy were ordered to be filed in the court by the National Examination Agency and the case was read out.

Today only the petitioner's OMR sheet was filed in the court on behalf of the National Examinations Agency. Then, why not file the carbon copy of the OMR sheet? Questioning the question, the judge ordered to submit the carbon copy of the OMR answer sheet of the Nellie student in connection with the NEET examination for junior medical course by the 23rd and adjourned the case hearing.
