 இதுகுறித்து, அவர் வெளியிட்ட செய்திக் குறிப்பில்," அரியலூர் மாவட்ட அளவில் கிராம ஊராட்சிகளுக்கான மாவட்ட வள மையத்தின் மூலம் கிராமப்புற இளைஞர்களுக்கு கிராம தன்னார்வ தொண்டு மற்றும் சமூக சேவைக் குறித்து 3 மாத சான்றிதழ் படிப்பு நடத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

 இந்த சான்றிதழ் வகுப்பு 6 நாட்கள் நேரடி வகுப்புகளாக (கள ஆய்வு உட்பட) மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து ஊராட்சி ஒன்றியங்களிலும் சிறந்த வல்லுநர்களைக் கொண்டு நடத்தப்படும். மேலும், கிராம அளவில் செயல்படும் தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனங்கள், ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையங்கள், ஊராட்சி மன்ற அலுவலகங்கள், வட்டார வளர்ச்சி அலுவலகங்கள், அங்கன்வாடிகள், ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய துவக்கப்பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் திறன் மேப்பாட்டு பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்கள் ஆகியவை குறித்து கள ஆய்வு மேற்கொண்டு அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். 

 ஊராட்சிகளுக்கான மாவட்ட வள மையத்தின் மூலம் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளுக்கிடையே உதவி இயக்குநர் (ஊராட்சிகள்) அலுவலகத்தால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட முன்மாதிரி ஊராட்சிகளுக்கு களப்பயணம் அழைத்துக் செல்லப்படும்.சான்றிதழ் படிப்பிற்கான பாடப்புத்தகம், உபகரணங்கள் மற்றும் மதிய உணவு இலவசமாக வழங்கப்படும். 

இந்த மூன்று மாதச் சான்றிதழ் படிப்பின் இறுதியில் தேர்வு நடத்தப்பட்டு சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கப்படும். இந்தப் படிப்பில் மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகள், ஊராட்சிச் செயலர்கள் களப் பணியாளர்கள், கிராம இளைஞர்கள், தன்னார்வலர்கள், மற்றும் சுயஉதவிக்குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் ஆகியோர்கள் கலந்து கொள்ளலாம்.

 குறைந்தபட்சம் பள்னிரெண்டாம் வகுப்பு தேர்ச்சியும் 45 வயதிற்கு மிகாமலும் இருக்க வேண்டும்.பயிற்சியில் சேர கட்டணமாக ரூ.1000/ இணையதளம் வழியாக ஊராட்சிகளுக்கான மாவட்ட வள மைய அலுவலரை தொடர்பு கொண்டு செலுத்தலாம். மேலும் விவரங்களுக்கு அரியலூர் மாவட்ட வள மைய அலுவலரை 9626356596 என்ற அலைபேசி எண்களில் தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாம்" எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

3 Months Certificate Course in Social Work - Candidates who have completed Class 12 can apply

Textbook, equipment and lunch will be provided free of charge for the certificate course. At the end of this three-month certificate course, an examination will be conducted and certificates will be issued.

 In this regard, in a press release issued by him, it is planned to conduct a 3-month certificate course on village volunteering and social service for rural youth through the District Resource Center for Village Panchayats at the Ariyalur district level.

 This certificate class will be conducted as 6 days live classes (including field study) in all panchayat unions in the district with top experts. Also, field survey should be done and report submitted on village level NGO's, Primary Health Centres, Panchayat Council Offices, Regional Development Offices, Anganwadis, Panchayat Union Primary Schools and Skill Development Training Institutes.

 Between the training sessions through the District Resource Center for Panchayats, field trips will be taken to model Panchayats notified by the Office of the Assistant Director (Municipalities). Textbook, equipment and lunch will be provided free of cost for the certificate course.

At the end of this three-month certificate course, an examination will be conducted and certificates will be awarded. People's representatives, panchayat secretaries, field workers, village youth, volunteers, and self-help group members can participate in this course.

 Must have at least 12th standard pass and not more than 45 years of age.
