 தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலில் பல்வேறு குளறுபடிகள் இருப்பதாகவும், மதிப்பெண் மறுமதிப்பீடு செய்ய வாய்ப்பு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும் மாணவர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர். 2022 கல்வியாண்டிற்கான நீட் முதுகலை மருத்துவ படிப்பு சேர்க்கைக்கான கலந்தாய்வை தள்ளிவைக்க உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் மறுப்பு தெரிவத்துள்ளது. 

 2022 முதுகலை மருத்துவப் படிப்புகளுக்கான நீட் நுழைவுத் தேர்வு கடந்த மே மாதம் 21ம் தேதி நடைபெற்றது. தேர்வு முடிந்த 10 நாட்களுக்குள் (ஜூன் 2 ) முடிவுகள் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டன. இதனையடுத்து, அகில இந்திய தரவரிசைப் பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட்டு, 50% அகில இந்திய மருத்துவ இடங்களுக்கும், 50% மாநில இடங்களுக்கும் கலந்தாய்வு வரும் செப்டம்பர் 1ம் தேதி நடத்தப்படும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்நிலையில், தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலில் பல்வேறு குளறுபடிகள் இருப்பதாகவும், மதிப்பெண் மறுமதிப்பீடு செய்ய வாய்ப்பு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும் மாணவர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர்.

 இதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக, பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் தரப்பில் இருந்து உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் மனுத்தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. அதில், தேர்வின் உத்தேச விடைக் குறிப்பை வெளியிட வேண்டும் என்றும், தேர்வரின் OMR விடைத்தாள் மற்றும் இயந்திரம் பதிவு செய்த தேர்வரின் விடைகள் வெளியிட வேண்டும் என்றும் முறையிடப்பட்டது. 

மேலும், உயர்மட்டக் குழுவின் மூலம் மதிப்பெண் முறைகேடுகள் விசாரிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும், அதுவரை முதுநிலை மருத்துவ படிப்பைக் கலந்தாய்வை ஒத்தி வைக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த மனு மீதான விசாரணை உச்ச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் நடைபெற்று வந்தது. 

இன்று, இந்த வழக்கில் தீர்ப்பளித்த நீதிபதிகள் சந்திரசூட் மற்றும் ஹிமா கோலி அடங்கிய அமர்வு, " கலந்தாய்வு முடிவுகளில் நாங்கள் தலையிட விரும்பவில்லை. நீட் முதுகலை மாணவர் சேர்க்கை நடக்கட்டும். மாணவர்களின் எதிர்காலம் கேள்விக்குறியாக எழக்கூடாது" என்று தெரிவித்தது. இதனால், திட்டமிட்டபடி வரும் செப்டமபர் 1ம் தேதி நீட் முதுகலை மாணவர் சேர்க்கைக்கான கலந்தாய்வு நடைபெறும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

Supreme Court refuses to postpone NEET post graduate consultation

 The students said that there are various irregularities in the rank list and they should be given an opportunity to re-evaluate the marks. The Supreme Court has refused to postpone the counseling for admission to NEET postgraduate medical courses for the academic year 2022.

 The NEET entrance exam for 2022 postgraduate medical courses was held on 21st May. The results were declared within 10 days (June 2) of the exam. Following this, the All India Rank List has been released and it has been informed that the interview for 50% All India Medical Seats and 50% State Seats will be held on 1st September. In this case, the students said that there are various irregularities in the rank list and they should be given an opportunity to re-evaluate the marks.

 Following this, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the affected students. In it, it was appealed that the intended answer mark of the examination should be published, the OMR answer sheet of the examinee and the machine recorded answers of the examinee should be published.

It was also requested that the mark irregularities should be investigated by a high-level committee and the post-graduate medical examination should be postponed till then. The hearing on this petition was going on in the Supreme Court.

Today, a bench comprising Justices Chandrachud and Hima Koli, which ruled on the case, said, "We do not want to interfere with the results of the consultation. Let the NEET Masters admissions take place. The future of the students should not be in question." Thus, it is expected that the consultation for NEET postgraduate admission will be held on September 1 as planned.
