School Education Department instructions for teachers, students to sign in Tamil ஆசிரியர்கள், மாணவர்கள் தமிழில் கையொப்பமிட பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை அறிவுறுத்தல்

ஆசிரியர்கள், மாணவர்கள் தங்களின் கையொப்பத்தையும் முன்னெழுத்தையும்(initial) தமிழில் பதிவிட பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது. 

ஆசிரியர்கள், மாணவர்கள் தங்களின் கையெழுத்தை தமிழில் இட வேண்டும் என தமிழக அரசாணையை மேற்கோளிட்டு அனைத்துப் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை ஆணையர் கடிதம் அனுப்பியுள்ளார். அதன்படி, ஆசிரியர்கள், மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் கையொப்பத்தை தமிழில் பதிவிட வேண்டும், முன்னெழுத்தையும் தமிழில் எழுத வேண்டும். 

வருகைப் பதிவேட்டிலும் முன்னெழுத்துடன் மாணவர்களின் பெயரை தமிழில் எழுத வேண்டும் என்று தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் அதுபோல, அனைத்துப் பதிவுகளிலும் பெயர்களை தமிழில் பராமரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று முதன்மைக்கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கும் அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The school education department has advised teachers and students to post their signature and initial in Tamil.

The Commissioner of School Education has sent a letter to all school headmasters quoting the Tamil Nadu government order asking teachers and students to put their signatures in Tamil. Accordingly, teachers and students should post their signature in Tamil and initial should also be written in Tamil. The Headmasters have been instructed to write the names of the students in Tamil with initials in the attendance register and similarly, the Primary Education Officers have been instructed to maintain the names in Tamil in all the records.
