பள்ளிகளில் வாசிப்பு இயக்க துவக்க விழா - செய்திக் குறிப்பு 

மாணவர்களிடையே புத்தகம் வளர்த்தெடுப்பதற்காக பள்ளிகளில் பழக்கத்தை செயல்பட்டு நூலகப் பாடவேளை இப்பாடவேளைகளை வாசிக்கும் நூலகங்கள் வருகின்றன. ஒவ்வொரு வகுப்புக்கும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. வாரமொருமுறை பயன்படுத்தி மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் வாசிப்புத் திறனையும் படைப்புத் திறனையும் வளர்த்துக் கொள்வதற்கு தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை திட்டங்களை தீட்டியுள்ளது. 

சிறந்த இத்திட்டத்தின்படி ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளியிலும் உள்ள மாணவர்கள் 6-8, 9-10, 11-12 என மூன்று பிரிவுகளாகப் பிரிக்கப்படவேண்டும். அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் நூலகத்தில் உள்ள நூல்களிலிருந்து வாரம் ஒன்று வழங்கப்படவேண்டும். அவர்கள் அதை வீட்டுக்கும் டுத்துக்கொண்டு போகலாம். அதை வாசித்து முடித்தவுடன் நூலகத்தில் திருப்பித் தந்துவிட்டு அடுத்த நூலை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாம். படித்த நூல் குறித்து விமர்சனம் எழுதலாம். அதை வைத்து ஓவியம் வரையலாம். நாடகம் நடத்தலாம். கலந்துரையாடல் செய்யலாம். 

நூல் அறிமுகம், புத்தக ஒப்பீடு, மேற்கோள்கள் குறிப்பிடுதல், கதாபாத்திரங்களை மதிப்பீடு செய்தல், புத்தகம் தன் கதை கூறுதல் மற்றும் குறு ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரை சமர்ப்பித்தல் என மாணவர்களின் இது போன்ற படைப்புகள் பள்ளிகளில் சேகரித்து வைக்கப்படும். படைப்புகளைத் தந்த இவற்றில் மாணவர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு வட்டார அளவிலான போட்டிகளில் பங்கெடுக்க வைக்கப்படுவர். 

அதில் வெல்பவர்கள் மாவட்டப் போட்டிகளுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படுவர். மாவட்ட அளவில் வெல்பவர்கள் மாநில அளவில் நடத்தப்படும் முகாமில் கலந்துகொண்டு போட்டிகளில் பங்கெடுக்கலாம். ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திற்கும் 3 பேர் என்கிற வகையில் 114 பேர் சென்னை அண்ணா நூற்றாண்டு நூலகத்தில்  முகாமில் கலந்துகொண்டவர்களுக்கு இடையில் நடக்கும் இப்போட்டியில் வெல்வோர் 'அறிவுப் பயணம்' என்கிற பெயரில் வெளிநாட்டுச் சுற்றுலாவுக்குச் செல்ல வாய்ப்பளிக்கப்படும். 

இந்தப் பயணத்தில் உலகப் புகழ்பெற்ற நூலகங்கள், ஆவணக் காப்பகங்கள் போன்றவற்றைக் காணலாம். இந்தத் திட்டத்தை, 17.8.2022 அன்று காலை 9:30 மணிக்கு மாண்புமிகு பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. அன்பில் மகேஸ் பொய்யாமொழி அவர்கள் திருச்சிராப்பள்ளியில் உள்ள அரசு சையது முர்துசா மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளியில் நடக்கும் நிகழ்வில் துவக்கி வைக்கிறார். பள்ளி நூலகங்களையும் பாடவேளைகளையும் பயன்படுத்தவும், அவற்றின் பயன்பாடு முறையாகப் மாணவர்களை நன்கு சென்றடையவும் பாடநூல்களுக்கு வெளியே புத்தக வாசிப்பை ஒரு வாழ்வியல் முறையாக மாணவர்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதை இலக்காகக் கொண்டு செயல்படவும் நூலக பாடவேளைகளையும் மற்றும் பள்ளி நூலகங்களை முறையாகப் பயன்படுத்திடவும் இத்திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.

In order to inculcate the habit of reading among students, libraries are coming up in schools which conduct reading classes. provided for each class. School Education Department of Tamilnadu Government has planned programs for students to develop their reading skills and creative skills by using it once a week.

According to this ideal scheme, the students in each school should be divided into three groups namely 6-8, 9-10 and 11-12. All students should be provided with one book per week from the library. They can take it home with them. After reading it, you can return it to the library and pick up the next book. Write a review on the book you read. You can paint with it. Let's have a play. Let's discuss.

Such works of students such as book introduction, book comparison, citing quotations, character evaluation, book self-narrative and short research paper submission are collected in schools. Students will be selected from these submissions and will be invited to participate in district level competitions.

The winners will be sent to district competitions. District level winners can attend the state level camp and participate in competitions. In the competition between 114 people who participated in the camp at Anna Centenary Library, 3 people from each district, the winners will be given the opportunity to go on a foreign tour in the name of 'Knowledge Trip'.

World famous libraries, archives etc. will be seen on this trip. This project was launched on 17.8.2022 at 9:30 am by Hon'ble Minister of School Education Mr. Anbil Mahesh Poiyamozhi will inaugurate the event at Government Syed Murtusa Higher Secondary School, Tiruchirappalli. Use of school libraries and lessons and their proper use to reach out to students with the aim of making students adopt book reading outside of textbooks as a way of life.
