ஆதிதிராவிடர் மற்றும் பழங்குடியினர் நலத்துறையின்கீழ் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வரும் ஆதிதிராவிடர் மற்றும் பழங்குடியினர் கலை மற்றும் இலக்கிய மேம்பாட்டுச் சங்கத்தின் மூலம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் சிறந்த எழுத்தாளர்களின் சிறந்த இலக்கிய படைப்புகளில் 11 நபர்களது படைப்புகள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு, இவர்களது படைப்பினை வெளியிட உதவித்தொகை வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 

இதில் ஆதிதிராவிடர் / பழங்குடியினர் / மதம் மாறிய ஆதிதிராவிடர் கிறித்துவர்களில் 9 நபர்களும் ஆதிதிராவிடர் / பழங்குடியினர் பிரச்சனைகளை பற்றி எழுதும் ஆதிதிராவிடர் அல்லாத இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஒருவரும் பழங்குடியினர் பற்றி எழுதும் ஆதிதிராவிடர் அல்லாத இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஒருவரும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவர். 

இதனை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வண்ணம் இவர்களது சிறந்த இலக்கிய படைப்பினை வெளியிட ஆகும் செலவினம் அல்லது ரூ.50,000/- ஒரு எழுத்தாளருக்கு உதவித்தொகையாக வழங்கும் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 2022-2023- ஆம் ஆண்டில் மேற்படி உதவித்தொகை ரூ.50,000/-லிருந்து ரூ.1,00,000/- ஆக உயர்த்தி பின்வரும் நிபந்தனைகளுக்குட்பட்டு வழங்கப்படவுள்ளது. 

1. எழுத்தாளர்களுக்கு வயது வரம்பு இல்லை. 

2. கதை, கட்டுரை, கவிதை, வரலாறு, மற்றும் புதினம் ஆகியவை எதுவாகவும் இருக்கலாம். இருப்பினும் தமிழ் மொழியிலேயே படைப்பு இருக்க வேண்டும். பிறமொழியிலிருந்து மொழிபெயர்க்கப்பட்ட சிறந்த தமிழ்மொழி படைப்பாகவும் இருக்கலாம். 

3. எம்.பில்., பி.எச்,டி, போன்ற படிப்புகளுக்குத் தயாரிக்கப்படும் ஆராய்ச்சிக் கட்டுரைகளுக்கு அவை அரிதான சிறப்புடையதாக இருக்க டும். 

4. படைப்புகள் 90 பக்கங்களுக்கு குறையாமல் இருக்க வேண்டும். 5. ஏற்கனவே சந்தையில் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள படைப்புகளை கொண்டு விண்ணப்பித்தல் கூடாது. 6. ஒருமுறை விருதுக்கு தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட எழுத்தாளர் 

5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகே விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும். 

7. படைப்புகளை தேர்ந்தெடுத்தல் குறித்து அரசால் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள வல்லுநர் குழுவின் முடிவே இறுதியானது.தகுதியுள்ள விண்ணப்பத்தாரர்கள் இதற்கான விண்ணப்பங்களை தொடர்புடைய மாவட்ட ஆதிதிராவிடர் மற்றும் பழங்குடியினர் நல அலுவலகங்களிலும், ஆதிதிராவிடர் நல இயக்குநரகத்திலும் வேலை நாட்களில் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். மேலும் tn.gov.in என்ற இணையத்தளத்திலும்(website) பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம். 

விண்ணப்பிக்க கடைசி நாள். 30.09.2022 விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தங்களது படைப்பினை இரு நகல்களிலும், டிஜிட்டல் (Digital) முறையிலும், உரிய படிவத்தில் தவறாமல் கைபேசி எண்ணினை குறிப்பிட்டு உரிய காலத்திற்குள் இயக்குநர், ஆதிதிராவிடர் நலத்துறை, சேப்பாக்கம், சென்னை-05. என்ற முகவரிக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்

The scholarship for outstanding literary works by outstanding writers will be increased from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/-

Through the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Arts and Literature Development Society, which is implemented under the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, the works of 11 people are selected from among the best literary works of the best writers every year and a scholarship is given to publish their work.

Out of which 9 people will be selected from Adi Dravidian / Tribal / Converted Adi Dravidian Christians, one non Adi Dravidian who will write about Adi Dravidian / Tribal issues and a non Adi Dravidian who will write about tribal.

To encourage this, a scheme of Rs.50,000/- per writer is being implemented to cover the cost of publishing their best literary work. In the year 2022-2023, the above scholarship will be increased from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/- subject to the following conditions.

1. There is no age limit for writers.

2. Can be anything from story, essay, poem, history, and novel. However, the work must be in Tamil. Perhaps the best Tamil work translated from a foreign language.

3. For research papers prepared for courses like M.Phil., Ph.D., they should be of rare specialty.

4. Works should not be less than 90 pages. 5. Do not apply with works already published in the market. 6. A writer who has been nominated for the award once

Apply after 5 years.

7. The decision of the expert committee constituted by the Government regarding the selection of works is final. Eligible candidates can collect their applications from the concerned District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Offices and Directorate of Adi Dravidar Welfare on working days. It can also be downloaded from the website tn.gov.in.
